Today we took it really easy… walking in the gardens at the hotel, laying in the sun by the pool, and enjoying some water therapy…
And some starlight water healing…
Thanks to the Orondo School 4th grade for the great joke book they wrote and illustrated. We love it!
And if anyone out there has a copy of the May 8th Sports Illustrated that they can part with…

May 13th, 2006 at 8:09 pm Hi Sandy. Hi Dan….. Wow, I did not know that gnomes could float. Does he dog paddle also? Or is that gnome-paddle. How would he do in a belly flop contest? I totally lost touch with the outside world these last couple weeks so when I found out about your trip back down to CA I was slightly taken aback. But as I read and re-read this blog I found myself ovewhelmed with the belief that everything will work out fine and you guys will soon be home stronger than ever. Sandy, it is your determination and will and positve outlook on this whole nasty situation that is like a buoy around all of us who call you our friend (like the life ring around Mr. Gnome). I am trying oh so hard to muster up all the positive forces in this world and push them in your direction. After all, I am only a few hundred miles east of you guys so I made sure to put in a big order (I have serious connections now that I live in CA).
